Workplace Meditation

We all feel stress, anxiety, and the occasional burnout whether we are the employee or the employer. Meditation can help restore the sense of positivity, concentration, and innovation. This contributes not only to everyone’s well-being but also towards productivity and camaraderie in the workplace. Group meditation in the work environment is a positive experience for all.

Group sessions can be done in person in the Los Angeles area or via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Teams or phone.
